After a lifelong career as a broadcast journalist, I have found that my penchant for drawing or painting mostly in acrylics and watercolor is an extention of the journal. Its another way to record where I have been, what I've seen and appreciated without having to involve somebody in a long story. I know they appreciate that. We live in Seattle and Buckeye Arizona. Its interesting to me how those different terrains almost demand dissimilar styles of painting.
